Ballwin Ranch Renovation

This undertaking involved a comprehensive transformation of the 2,500 square foot primary living area on the main floor of a ranch-style residence in Ballwin, MO. The primary goal of the renovation was to open up the space eliminating the dark compartmentalized feel in favor of a bright light filled great room. Walls were removed and the stairwell was relocated in order to accommodate a large 4' x 8' kitchen island which serves as the focal point of the room. Wide plank french oak flooring, 7" baseboards & crown and a new lighting package finish off the space.
